An email will be sent to you when your items are available for pick up. Do not come to pick up your items until you receive an email stating your items are ready for pick up. Depending on the product it is generally available next business day after an order is placed.

Returns
Durham Sport’s Gear has a 15-day return policy. If 15 days have passed since your date of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Special or custom order items are not eligible for refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsible for shipping expenses for the returned/exchange item(s). Sizing charts are available for ringette pants, girdles and ringette goalie mask. Please make sure when you are ordering items that require sizing to consult the sizing chart on the item’s web page. To return/exchange an item you must contact Durham Sport’s Gear by telephone/email to receive a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
